Our Powerfull Story

 

Business should feel as good as it works.

We’re Sarah Peacock  and Katie Priddis  —friends of 23 years, business soulmates, and the duo behind Powerfull. We’ve built businesses and products, moved countries, managed teams, partnered with CEOs, and found (and lost) ourselves in the process… and now we’re building something that feels super aligned with who we are.  And we mean business.

We have one big, bold vision:
To empower uniquely brilliant leaders and business owners to lead boldly—in their own power.  We want to do that by doing what we are great at (check our linkedin profiles if you want to check out all the business stuff).

But it didn’t fall into place overnight.

We spent the first year of Powerfull doing the hard, slow work:

• Building a foundation we could actually stand on

• Creating systems that didn’t rely on last-minute hustle

• Practising what we preach, and growing in a sustainable way  (even when it felt uncomfortable)

• We spent many hours getting advise and coaching from our loving friends, and family.

• Connecting regularly and testing working together and being brave about speaking up

• Laughing a lot, swearing a bit, and dancing through the chaos and confusion

• Doing lots of power shifts (you'll learn about these) to keep us going when we weren't in the mood

Because here's the truth: if we're not enjoying what we do, we're not living by our values.

We both believe deeply in doing meaningful work without running on empty.
We’re allergic to fluff, we’ve outgrown toxic leaders and unhelathy work environments, and we’ve learned that laziness (the smart kind) is often the birthplace of better systems. So we build with intention.
And if something needs doing more than once? We systemise it. We don’t reinvent the wheel—we power it.
